Your personal information will always be treated as confidential, yet we will reserve the right to disclose this information in the specific circumstances, which are listed below. Your personal information will be kept on a secure server and all applicable Finnish/EU data protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place will be fully complied with this.
When purchasing from Annival Interior, we will ask you to give us your personal information, for instance your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card details and passwords. This personal information will be collected, stored and be used for the following purposes:
- Processing your order(s)
- For statistical or survey purposes to improve our services to you;
- To serve website content and advertisements to you;
- To administer the website;
- To inform you of any new products
We use Paytrail and Klarna for payments. We are not able to access your full credit card information, even when you choose to save your payment details. Information will be stored by Paytrail or Klarna.
Prices displayed on Annival Interior are in European Euro (€) and they always include 24% VAT. Please note that delivery charges and custom charges, were applicable, aren’t included in our web store prices.

After placing your order, you will get a confirmation email of your order to your email.
We accept PayPal. If you want to pay with paypal payment. First, select the paytrail payment service and go forward. Then select the paypal.
We accept credit and debit card (Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard) payment and bank transfer payment. We also offer Klarna Credit for customers from the following countries:
Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, France, The United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and The United States.
For your safety, Annival Interior will never save any private details of your credit or debit card. If you wish to save your credit or debit card’s details into our online store service, your personal information will be saved to Annival Interior’s authorized payment institution partners, Paytrail and Klarna, regimes. Your credit and debit card details will always be encrypted to keep you save from unauthorized parties or individuals.
With a payment via bank transfer the order will be dispatched after the funds are cleared. If we receive no cleared funds, the order will not be dispatched. Our bank transfer information is:

Cancellations and Returns
IMPORTANT: Custom cut strings, custom cut fabrics, custom cut oilcloths, crystal lights and custom order items (wallpapers, historical outfits) and grocery don’t have a return policy. We will not accept returns of these goods and thus they will not be refunded in any circumstances.
Please note that Riviera Maison products are “Perfectly Imperfect!”. All Riviera Maison products are handmade and each one of the items is unique. They may contain small “imperfections”, such as bubbles in glass and porcelain products, uneven writing in products containing text, ragged texture details in aluminium ect. Your product isn’t broken or low in quality, but typical for Riviere Maison’s brand. If you are certain your Riviera Maison product doesn’t meet up with the quality of Riviera Maison brand, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
Due the differences in computer, laptop, mobile, tablet and other online browsing devices’ screens and resolutions, the colors of the product may differ on your screen from the actual. Please note this before placing your order.
General return policy
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
Note that following items have no return policy; custom cut strings, custom cut fabrics and custom cut oilcloths, crystal lights, custom order items (wallpapers, historical outfits) and grocery.
If your order has already been dispatched, all ordered goods must be returned in a perfect condition. They have to be unused, in their original packaging, containing all parts.
If you have gotten a free item on top of your order, the free item must also be returned in a required condition.

All international returns must be marked clearly on the outside with ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid import duty. Any import duty that is incurred will be deducted from the refund.
When we have received the goods in a condition described above, we will credit the purchaser with the purchase price less any handling charge which may have been incurred. Annival Interior will not be responsible for any refund of postage or carriage in any circumstances. We recommend that an insured service is used to ensure safe arrival of the return.
Annival Interior is not responsible in any circumstances or cases where the returned good gets lost during return delivery. In such case, the client is asked to contact their selected transit service provider. Refund will not be given if the ordered goods are permanently lost during the return delivery, unless the goods have been classified as lost by the courier company. If our courier service is used and the item is permanently lost, we will endeavor to claim on the customer’s behalf.
Returning ordered goods
If you have purchased an item within the last 14 days and you are not happy with it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive details of how to make a return. The 14 days’ return policy is based on the Finnish consumer protection legislation. The 14 days returning time is counted from the day when the goods have been collected from a courier or any other transit service provider by the customer.
After receiving our reply, the good(s) must be returned in a completely unused and a resalable condition, in its originally packaging with all the parts, with your order confirmation information and given return details information to this address:

Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price but not any delivery or carriage costs caused by the returning of the goods.
If you have gotten a free item on top of you order, the free item must also be returned in a condition required by our return policy.

Cancellation by Us
We have reserved all rights to cancel the order or the delivery in a case of;
- We have an insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
- We do not deliver in your area
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed as the incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers
In a case of us canceling your order, we will send you an email notification to the email address you provided us while placing the order. We will credit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for consequential loss or disappointment suffered.
Our aim is to deliver your order to the address you provided us while placing your order within the estimated delivery time once the receipt of payment has been confirmed. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and security checks.
After placing your order, we will aim to dispatch your international order within 5 working days. We do our best to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time – which are only there to give you an estimation of how long the delivery will possibly take, not as a certain promise of an exact delivery time. However, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of courier actions which are beyond our control. We’re also not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If you don’t receive your order in a reasonable time, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible or we may cancel your order. You will be refunded once and only when the goods have been returned to us in good order or classified as lost by the courier company.
If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address given by a customer or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we will refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods, plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us. If we have to re-dispatch the order, if it has been returned to us, for reasons outside of our control there may be a charge. If a customer requires a parcel to be redirected because a wrong address has been given to us by them, there will be a redirect charge.

Duties and Taxes
All international customers purchasing will be served as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. All import duties or tax costs – where applicable – will be invoiced to you directly by our courier or by an import broker appointed by you. Please contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price before making your purchase, as some countries have thresholds where import taxed or duty fees aren’t charged.
If you want to send your order directly to someone else or are making a purchase of someone’s behalf so that the goods will be send to them, please make sure they are aware that they are fully responsible of taking care of any possible additional duty or tax charges.
We here in Annival Interior have no control over your country’s duty and tax charges. Unfortunately, we also can’t predict for you how much these charges will be – or if there will even be any duty or tax charges regarding your purchase, as the laws differ in each country – so we ask you to contact to your local custom authorities with these matters. We recommend you to check out the import charges applicable to the country to where your order will be delivered before placing your order.

Vouchers and Promotional discounts
Promotional discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with other offers or sale items.
Annival Interior’s Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase and they can’t be exchanged for cash in any circumstances. Gift Vouchers can be used both to full price and sale items freely. Gift Voucher must be used fully in a one purchase within 6 months. We will not exchange the leftover value to cash. Gift Voucher can be used to purchase discount products but it can’t be combined with another discount.
If a customer wants to refund a product they have paid with a gift voucher, a new gift voucher will be credited for that amount.
From time to time Annival Interior offers promotional discounts for customers. For example, 10 EURO off from a purchase over 100 EURO. In this case, if a customer wants return one of these products from the promotional discount purchase over 100 EURO, they will get the full price back minus the amount of discount which has been equally allocated to that particular product of that item, if the item fulfills our return policy requirements.
If you receive wrong goods or the goods are damaged or your order has got an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by contacting us to email@example.com within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you don’t receive the ordered goods around the estimated delivery time given by us, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by contacting us to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of ordering the goods.
If you notify a problem to us, our only obligation will be, at your option:
- To make good any shortage or non-delivery
- To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
- To refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense including loss of profits business or goodwill, howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our shop. The importation of certain goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Nothing in these Conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer neither under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude liability for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Events Beyond Our Control
We shall have no liability to you for
Any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so
Any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including without limitation, strikes, lock outs and other industrial action, breakdown of system or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
The Disagreement Situations
If a dispute concerning a commercial agreement can’t be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for decision.
Prior to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board handling the consumer must contact the magistrate's Consumer Center (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
