Your personal information will always be treated as confidential, yet we will reserve the right to disclose this information in the specific circumstances, which are listed below. Your personal information will be kept on a secure server and all applicable Finnish/EU data protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place will be fully complied with this.

When purchasing from Annival Interior, we will ask you to give us your personal information, for instance your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card details and passwords. This personal information will be collected, stored and be used for the following purposes:

- Processing your order(s)

- For statistical or survey purposes to improve our services to you;

- To serve website content and advertisements to you;

- To administer the website;

- To inform you of any new products

We use Paytrail and Klarna for payments. We are not able to access your full credit card information, even when you choose to save your payment details. Information will be stored by Paytrail or Klarna.


 

Prices

Prices displayed on Annival Interior are in European Euro (€) and they always include 24% VAT. Please note that delivery charges and custom charges, were applicable, aren’t included in our web store prices.

After placing your order, you will get a confirmation email of your order to your email.


 

Payment

We accept credit and debit card (Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard) payment and bank transfer payment. We also offer Klarna Credit for customers from the following countries:

Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, France, The United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and The United States.

For your safety, Annival Interior will never save any private details of your credit or debit card. If you wish to save your credit or debit card’s details into our online store service, your personal information will be saved to Annival Interior’s authorized payment institution partners, Paytrail and Klarna, regimes. Your credit and debit card details will always be encrypted to keep you save from unauthorized parties or individuals.

With a payment via bank transfer the order will be dispatched after the funds are cleared. If we receive no cleared funds, the order will not be dispatched. Our bank transfer information is:

Cancellations and Returns

IMPORTANT: Custom cut strings, custom cut fabrics, custom cut oilcloths, crystal lights and custom order items (wallpapers, historical outfits) and grocery don’t have a return policy. We will not accept returns of these goods and thus they will not be refunded in any circumstances.

Please note that Riviera Maison products are “Perfectly Imperfect!”. All Riviera Maison products are handmade and each one of the items is unique. They may contain small “imperfections”, such as bubbles in glass and porcelain products, uneven writing in products containing text, ragged texture details in aluminium ect. Your product isn’t broken or low in quality, but typical for Riviere Maison’s brand. If you are certain your Riviera Maison product doesn’t meet up with the quality of Riviera Maison brand, please contact our customer service at info@annival.fi

Due the differences in computer, laptop, mobile, tablet and other online browsing devices’ screens and resolutions, the colors of the product may differ on your screen from the actual. Please note this before placing your order.

General return policy

 

  • In a case of a successful cancellation or return, the refunds are processed by the original payment method. If your card has expired, we will offer a bank transfer as an alternative

     

  • Returning time, the 14 days, is counted from the day when the goods have been collected from a courier or from any other transit service provider by the customer

     

  • If you are returning multiple goods, they must always be delivered in a one parcel/package

     

  • If you have gotten a free item on top of you order, the free item must also be returned in a condition required by our return policy

If your order has already been dispatched, all ordered goods must be returned in a perfect condition. They have to be unused, in their original packaging, containing all parts.

If you have gotten a free item on top of your order, the free item must also be returned in a required condition.

All international returns must be marked clearly on the outside with ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid import duty. Any import duty that is incurred will be deducted from the refund.

When we have received the goods in a condition described above, we will credit the purchaser with the purchase price less any handling charge which may have been incurred. Annival Interior will not be responsible for any refund of postage or carriage in any circumstances. We recommend that an insured service is used to ensure safe arrival of the return.

Annival Interior is not responsible in any circumstances or cases where the returned good gets lost during return delivery. In such case, the client is asked to contact their selected transit service provider. Refund will not be given if the ordered goods are permanently lost during the return delivery, unless the goods have been classified as lost by the courier company. If our courier service is used and the item is permanently lost, we will endeavor to claim on the customer’s behalf.

 

Returning ordered goods
If you have purchased an item within the last 14 days and you are not happy with it, please email info@annival.fi to receive details of how to make a return. The 14 days’ return policy is based on the Finnish consumer protection legislation. The 14 days returning time is counted from the day when the goods have been collected from a courier or any other transit service provider by the customer.

After receiving our reply, the good(s) must be returned in a completely unused and a resalable condition, in its originally packaging with all the parts, with your order confirmation information and given return details information to this address:

Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price but not any delivery or carriage costs caused by the returning of the goods.

Cancellation by Us

We have reserved all rights to cancel the order or the delivery in a case of;

- We have an insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered

- We do not deliver in your area

- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed as the incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers

In a case of us canceling your order, we will send you an email notification to the email address you provided us while placing the order. We will credit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for consequential loss or disappointment suffered.

Our aim is to deliver your order to the address you provided us while placing your order within the estimated delivery time once the receipt of payment has been confirmed. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and security checks.

After placing your order, we will aim to dispatch your international order within 5 working days. We do our best to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time – which are only there to give you an estimation of how long the delivery will possibly take, not as a certain promise of an exact delivery time. However, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of courier actions which are beyond our control. We’re also not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

If you don’t receive your order in a reasonable time, please contact us at info@annival.fi as soon as possible. We will do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible or we may cancel your order. You will be refunded once and only when the goods have been returned to us in good order or classified as lost by the courier company.

If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address given by a customer or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we will refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods, plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us. If we have to re-dispatch the order, if it has been returned to us, for reasons outside of our control there may be a charge. If a customer requires a parcel to be redirected because a wrong address has been given to us by them, there will be a redirect charge.

In an unfortunate case of your deliver being damaged or receiving a wrong item or wrong quantity, please contact us within 7 days at info@annival.fi

Please do not sign for any damaged or opened packages.


Duties and Taxes

All international customers purchasing will be served as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. All import duties or tax costs – where applicable – will be invoiced to you directly by our courier or by an import broker appointed by you. Please contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price before making your purchase, as some countries have thresholds where import taxed or duty fees aren’t charged.

If you want to send your order directly to someone else or are making a purchase of someone’s behalf so that the goods will be send to them, please make sure they are aware that they are fully responsible of taking care of any possible additional duty or tax charges.

We here in Annival Interior have no control over your country’s duty and tax charges. Unfortunately, we also can’t predict for you how much these charges will be – or if there will even be any duty or tax charges regarding your purchase, as the laws differ in each country – so we ask you to contact to your local custom authorities with these matters. We recommend you to check out the import charges applicable to the country to where your order will be delivered before placing your order.

Annival Interior is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.


 

Vouchers and Promotional discounts

Promotional discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with other offers or sale items.

Annival Interior’s Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase and they can’t be exchanged for cash in any circumstances. Gift Vouchers can be used both to full price and sale items freely. Gift Voucher must be used fully in a one purchase within 6 months. We will not exchange the leftover value to cash. Gift Voucher can be used to purchase discount products but it can’t be combined with another discount.
If a customer wants to refund a product they have paid with a gift voucher, a new gift voucher will be credited for that amount.

From time to time Annival Interior offers promotional discounts for customers. For example, 10 EURO off from a purchase over 100 EURO. In this case, if a customer wants return one of these products from the promotional discount purchase over 100 EURO, they will get the full price back minus the amount of discount which has been equally allocated to that particular product of that item, if the item fulfills our return policy requirements.


 

Liability

If you receive wrong goods or the goods are damaged or your order has got an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by contacting us to info@annival.fi within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

If you don’t receive the ordered goods around the estimated delivery time given by us, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by contacting us to info@annival.fi within 30 days of ordering the goods.

If you notify a problem to us, our only obligation will be, at your option:

- To make good any shortage or non-delivery

- To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or

- To refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense including loss of profits business or goodwill, howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our shop. The importation of certain goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

Nothing in these Conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer neither under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude liability for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.


 

Events Beyond Our Control

We shall have no liability to you for

  • Any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so

  • Any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including without limitation, strikes, lock outs and other industrial action, breakdown of system or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.


 

The Disagreement Situations

If a dispute concerning a commercial agreement can’t be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for decision.

Prior to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board handling the consumer must contact the magistrate's Consumer Center (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).

PAYMENT OPTIONS

In EU countries, prices are in Euros or Swedish SEK and include 24% VAT.

Non-EU countries can order 0% VAT.

EU area company can buy VAT 0% if you have a valid VAT number. We check this VAT number is valid.

The order’s final price is displayed at the time of ordering. Please note that shipping costs will be added to the items’ price and our shipping costs vary depending of the destination.

Please also note your order may have additional customs, duties and brokerage charges depending of the destination, and these additional fees will be collected at the time of delivery. Annival Interior is not responsible for any these charges. If you are unsure of the possible additional customs, duties and brokerage charges, please contact your local authorities before placing your order.

Your order becomes binding when we receive payment of your order and dispatch the ordered good(s). After the payment, you will receive a verification of your placed order to your email address. Please keep this information saved in a case of cancelling your order or until the good(s) have arrived to you safely in a case of return.

Annival Interior reserves all rights to reject any order at its own discretion.

For domestic customers with Finnish bank accounts Paytrail offers online bank service payment transfer services in a co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institution. The service work same way as traditional online payment services.

Klarna
Annival interior works together with e-commerce company Klarna which provides payment services for online storefronts. Klarna payment option is available for customers from the following countries:

In the case of over-sized orders, we won’t ship the product(s) to you until we have contacted you first and gotten your permission for the delivery.

Annival Interior is not responsible for lost or damaged good(s), if the damage has happened during the deliver, as this the responsibility of the delivery service provider. We will choose the best delivery option for you, making sure your order reaches you the easiest and the safest way – all you need to do is to sign the delivery papers and collect your order when the delivery is ready. Annival Interior is not responsible for delays is by force majeure and we reserve the right to perform partial deliveries.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I just placed an order, can I add more items into it?

A: Absolutely! Place your extra order normally like with a regular order and select then “Extra order to existing order” from the delivery option. We will ship both of your orders as a one delivery to avoid double shipping fees.

 

Q: My order was suddenly interrupted while I was choosing the payment method. What should I do?

A: Don’t worry as we did get your order despite the interruption! You can select bank transfer for the payment method and proceed with it. If you would want to pay with an invoice and you are already registered to Annival Interior online store, you can change your payment method at your Own Annival Page:

1) Save your order into the shopping list
2) Transfer the shopping list into basket
3) Proceed to pay
4) Select payment method

Q: I received my order, but one of the items I ordered is missing. Why? What should I do?

A: We are terrible sorry! It’s likely you have ordered the final piece and for some reason we didn’t have any more of that item left in the storage at the time of your order. If your ordered with an invoice, we have already removed the missing item from your invoice. If you paid with a back transfer, we will need your account number for the refund. If needed, please contact us to info@annival.fi regarding this matter.

Q: I want to returns items from my order. How do I proceed?

A: If you are about to return any ordered item(s), please ALWAYS contact our customer service BEFORE SENDING the items back: info@annival.fi

Inside Finland we will charge 4.90€ for the return costs. We will always charge 4.90€ return cost beforehand despite of your selected payment method. Please pay the return cost of 4.90€ directly to our account number:

Return your order to Annival Interior well packed into one parcel/package. All items must be backed together and they must be in perfect condition, in their original package. Add a dispatch note on the delivery and also include your account number if needed for a possible cash refund. When we have accepted and verified your return, the item’s price will be reduced from your invoice or it will be refunded directly into your bank account.

Please not that inside Finland Matkahuolto and Posti will store your delivery only a limited time. If the order is not collected from Matkahuolto or Posti in time and the order is returned back to us by Matkahuolto or Posti, we will charge a full shipping cost from you.

Rekisterinpitäjä käsittelee tietoja itse sekä hyödyntää henkilötietojen käsittelyssä rekisterinpitäjän puolesta ja lukuun toimivia alihankkijoita.

4 Käsittelyn oikeusperusteet

Henkilötietojen käsittelyn oikeusperusteita ovat seuraavat EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen (jäljempänä myös ”GDPR”) mukaiset perusteet:

  1. rekisteröity on antanut suostumuksensa henkilötietojensa käsittelyyn yhtä tai useampaa erityistä tarkoitusta varten (GDPR 6 art. 1.a);
  2. käsittely on tarpeen sellaisen sopimuksen täytäntöön panemiseksi, jossa rekisteröity on osapuolena, tai sopimuksen tekemistä edeltävien toimenpiteiden toteuttamiseksi rekisteröidyn pyynnöstä (GDPR 6 art. 1.b);
  3. käsittely on tarpeen rekisterinpitäjän tai kolmannen osapuolen oikeutettujen etujen toteuttamiseksi (GDPR 6 art. 1.f).

Edellä mainittu rekisterinpitäjän oikeutettu etu perustuu rekisteröidyn henkilön ja rekisterinpitäjän välillä olevaan merkitykselliseen ja asianmukaiseen suhteeseen, joka on seurausta siitä, että rekisteröity on rekisterinpitäjän asiakas, ja kun käsittely tapahtuu tarkoituksiin, joita rekisteröity on kohtuudella voinut odottaa henkilötietojen keräämisen ajankohtana ja asianmukaisen suhteen yhteydessä.

5 Rekisterin tietosisältö (käsiteltävät henkilötietoryhmät)

Rekisteri sisältää seuraavat henkilötiedot lähtökohtaisesti kaikista rekisteröidyistä henkilöistä:

  1. henkilön perustiedot ja yhteystiedot jotka asiakas on itse ilmoittanut tilausta tehdessään: [etunimi, sukunimi, osoite, puhelinnumero, sähköpostiosoite];
  2. henkilön yritykseen tai muuhun organisaatioon liittyvät tiedot ja henkilön asema tai tehtävänimike ko. yrityksessä tai organisaatiossa;
  3. henkilön suoramarkkinointiluvat ja -kiellot.

6 Säännönmukaiset tietolähteet

Henkilötietoja kerätään rekisteröidyltä henkilöltä itseltään.

Henkilötietoja kerätään ja päivitetään myös sovellettavan lainsäädännön rajoissa yleisesti saatavilla olevista lähteistä, jotka liittyvät rekisterinpitäjän ja rekisteröidyn henkilön välisen asiakassuhteen toteuttamiseen ja joiden avulla rekisterinpitäjä toteuttaa asiakassuhteiden ylläpitämiseen liittyviä velvollisuuksiaan.

7 Henkilötietojen säilytysaika

Rekisteriin kerättyjä tietoja säilytetään ainoastaan niin kauan ja siinä laajuudessa kuin on tarpeellista suhteessa niihin alkuperäisiin tai yhteensopiviin tarkoituksiin, joihin henkilötiedot on kerätty.

Henkilötietojen säilyttämisen tarvetta arvioidaan 6 vuoden välein ja joka tapauksessa rekisteröityä henkilöä koskevat tiedot poistetaan rekisteristä 10 vuoden jälkeen, kun kyseisen rekisteröidyn asiakassuhde rekisterinpitäjään on päättynyt, ja asiakassuhteeseen liittyvät velvollisuudet ja toimenpiteet on suoritettu loppuun. Esimerkiksi kirjanpitotositteita säilytetään 10 vuotta tilikauden päättymisestä.

Rekisterinpitäjä arvioi tietojen säilyttämisen tarpeellisuutta säännöllisesti sisäisten käytännesääntöjensä mukaisesti. Lisäksi rekisterinpitäjä toteuttaa kaikki mahdolliset kohtuulliset toimenpiteet sen varmistamiseksi, että käsittelyn tarkoituksiin nähden epätarkat, virheelliset tai vanhentuneet henkilötiedot poistetaan tai oikaistaan viipymättä.

8 Henkilötietojen vastaanottajat (vastaanottajaryhmät) sekä tietojen säännönmukaiset luovutukset

Henkilötietoja ei luovuteta ulkopuolisille tahoille.

9 Tietojen siirto EU:n tai ETA:n ulkopuolelle

Rekisteriin sisältyviä henkilötietoja ei siirretä EU:n tai ETA:n ulkopuolelle.

10 Rekisterin suojauksen periaatteet

Henkilötietoja sisältäviä aineistoja säilytetään lukituissa tiloissa, joihin on pääsy ainoastaan nimetyillä ja tehtäviensä vuoksi pääsyyn valtuutetuilla henkilöillä.

Henkilötietoja sisältävä tietokanta on palvelimella, jota säilytetään lukitussa tilassa, johon on pääsy ainoastaan nimetyillä ja tehtäviensä vuoksi pääsyyn valtuutetuilla henkilöillä.  Palvelin on suojattu asianmukaisella palomuurilla ja teknisellä suojauksella.

Tietokantoihin ja järjestelmiin on pääsy vain erikseen myönnettävillä henkilökohtaisilla käyttäjätunnuksilla ja salasanoilla. Rekisterinpitäjä on rajannut käyttöoikeudet ja -valtuudet tietojärjestelmiin ja muihin tallennusalustoihin siten, että tietoja pääsevät tarkastelemaan ja käsittelemään ainoastaan niiden lainmukaisen käsittelyn kannalta tarpeelliset henkilöt. Lisäksi tietokantojen ja järjestelmien käyttötapahtumat rekisteröityvät rekisterinpitäjän IT-järjestelmän lokitietoihin.

Rekisterinpitäjän työntekijät ja muut henkilöt ovat sitoutuneet noudattamaan vaitiolovelvollisuutta ja pitämään salassa henkilötietojen käsittelyn yhteydessä saamansa tiedot.

11 Rekisteröidyn oikeudet

Rekisteröidyllä on seuraavat EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen mukaiset oikeudet:

  1. oikeus saada rekisterinpitäjältä vahvistus siitä, että häntä koskevia henkilötietoja käsitellään tai että niitä ei käsitellä, ja jos näitä henkilötietoja käsitellään, oikeus saada pääsy henkilötietoihin sekä seuraavat tiedot: (i) käsittelyn tarkoitukset; (ii) kyseessä olevat henkilötietoryhmät; (iii) vastaanottajat tai vastaanottajaryhmät, joille henkilötietoja on luovutettu tai on tarkoitus luovuttaa; (iv) mahdollisuuksien mukaan henkilötietojen suunniteltu säilytysaika tai jos se ei ole mahdollista, tämän ajan määrittämiskriteerit; (v) rekisteröidyn oikeus pyytää rekisterinpitäjältä häntä itseään koskevien henkilötietojen oikaisemista tai poistamista taikka henkilötietojen käsittelyn rajoittamista tai vastustaa tällaista käsittelyä; (vi) oikeus tehdä valitus valvontaviranomaiselle; (vii) jos henkilötietoja ei kerätä rekisteröidyltä, kaikki tietojen alkuperästä käytettävissä olevat tiedot (GDPR 15 art.). Nämä kuvatut perustiedot (i)–(vii) annetaan rekisteröidylle henkilölle tällä lomakkeella;
  2. oikeus peruuttaa suostumus milloin tahansa tämän vaikuttamatta suostumuksen perusteella ennen sen peruuttamista suoritetun käsittelyn lainmukaisuuteen (GDPR 7 art.);
  3. oikeus vaatia, että rekisterinpitäjä oikaisee ilman aiheetonta viivytystä rekisteröityä koskevat epätarkat ja virheelliset henkilötiedot sekä oikeus saada puutteelliset henkilötiedot täydennettyä, muun muassa toimittamalla lisäselvitys ottaen huomioon tarkoitukset, joihin tietoja käsiteltiin (GDPR 16 art.);
  4. oikeus saada rekisterinpitäjä poistamaan rekisteröityä koskevat henkilötiedot ilman aiheetonta viivytystä, edellyttäen, että (i) henkilötietoja ei enää tarvita niihin tarkoituksiin, joita varten ne kerättiin tai joita varten niitä muutoin käsiteltiin; (ii) rekisteröity peruuttaa suostumuksen, johon käsittely on perustunut, eikä käsittelyyn ole muuta laillista perustetta; (iii) rekisteröity vastustaa käsittelyä henkilökohtaiseen erityiseen tilanteeseensa liittyvällä perusteella eikä käsittelyyn ole olemassa perusteltua syytä tai rekisteröity vastustaa käsittelyä suoramarkkinointitarkoituksia varten; (iv) henkilötietoja on käsitelty lainvastaisesti; tai (v) henkilötiedot on poistettava unionin oikeuteen tai kansallisen lainsäädäntöön perustuvan rekisterinpitäjään sovellettavan lakisääteisen velvoitteen noudattamiseksi (GDPR 17 art.);
  5. oikeus siihen, että rekisterinpitäjä rajoittaa käsittelyä, jos (i) rekisteröity kiistää henkilötietojen paikkansapitävyyden, jolloin käsittelyä rajoitetaan ajaksi, jonka kuluessa rekisterinpitäjä voi varmistaa niiden paikkansapitävyyden; (ii) käsittely on lainvastaista ja rekisteröity vastustaa henkilötietojen poistamista ja vaatii sen sijaan niiden käytön rajoittamista; (iii) rekisterinpitäjä ei enää tarvitse kyseisiä henkilötietoja käsittelyn tarkoituksiin, mutta rekisteröity tarvitsee niitä oikeudellisen vaateen laatimiseksi, esittämiseksi tai puolustamiseksi; tai (iv) rekisteröity on vastustanut henkilötietojen käsittelyä henkilökohtaiseen erityiseen tilanteeseensa liittyvällä perusteella odotettaessa sen todentamista, syrjäyttävätkö rekisterinpitäjän oikeutetut perusteet rekisteröidyn perusteet (GDPR 18 art.);
  6. oikeus saada itseään koskevat henkilötiedot, jotka rekisteröity on toimittanut rekisterinpitäjälle, jäsennellyssä, yleisesti käytetyssä ja koneellisesti luettavassa muodossa, ja oikeus siirtää kyseiset tiedot toiselle rekisterinpitäjälle sen rekisterinpitäjän estämättä, jolle henkilötiedot on toimitettu, jos käsittely perustuu asetuksen tarkoittamaan suostumukseen ja käsittely suoritetaan automaattisesti (GDPR 20 art.);
  7. oikeus tehdä valitus valvontaviranomaiselle jos rekisteröity katsoo, että häntä koskevien henkilötietojen käsittelyssä rikotaan EU:n yleistä tietosuoja-asetusta (GDPR 77 art.).

Rekisteröidyn oikeuksien toteuttamista koskevat pyynnöt osoitetaan kohdassa 1 mainitulle rekisterinpitäjän yhteyshenkilölle.

12 Evästeiden käyttö

annival.fi verkkosivuillamme käyttämme evästeitä. Evästeillä kerättyjen tietojen avulla parannetaan sivuston toimivuutta ja sivuston sisältöä. Käyttäjä voi halutessaan selainohjelmansa asetuksista valita eväste-toiminnon pois kytkemisen. Emme kuitenkaan voi taata, että verkkokauppamme toimisi moitteetta evästeiden pois kytkemisen jälkeen, sillä evästeet voivat olla tarpeellisia joidenkin palveluiden asianmukaiselle toimiminnalle.
